If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to PineCraft
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to pinecraft.in, accessible from https://pinecraft.in
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Order Cancellation
Our products are handcrafted and made to order, ensuring each piece is carefully crafted to meet high-quality standards. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
Conditions for Returns
At Pinecraft, we take pride in crafting handmade, made-to-order products with exceptional quality. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations or returns once an order has been placed.
What’s Eligible for Return?
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Defective Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect that affects its functionality or usability. Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or appearance due to the natural characteristics of handcrafted materials do not qualify as defects.
- Incorrect Product: If the product delivered is different in dimensions, shape, or color from what was ordered.
- Non-Functional Product: If the product is dead on arrival, such as a lamp that does not work. In such cases, we offer only replacements, not refunds.
How to Initiate a Return Request?
We only accept returns in the case of damaged or defective products. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Take 2-3 clear photographs of the product:
- 1-2 images showing the entire product.
- 1-2 close-up images of the defective/damaged area.
- Record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package to support your claim.
- Email us at care@pinecraftinternational.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Return Process
- Pickup Arrangement: If the return is approved, we will arrange for pickup through our logistics partner. If we are unable to arrange pickup, you will be required to courier the product back to us using a trusted courier service.
- Return Address:

B-32, Sector 88 Industrial Area, Block B, Sector 88, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201305, India - Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all price tags, labels, barcodes, user manuals, and invoices intact.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 3-5 working days.
Please Note:
- Returns for reasons other than defects, incorrect shipments, or non-functionality will not be accepted due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
- Any return received in a damaged condition due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
